Surgicare Supplies Pty Limited was established in 1993, to govern and strategically staff a number of medical orientated clinics and services throughout the greater Sydney and select NSW coastal regions. This included a chain of audiological, Laser Skin and Hair Removal sites  and ENT medical clinics, including an overnight surgical private hospital and pioneering Sleep Apnoea Clinic.

Audiology, the Hospital, Medical Facilities and Strategic Personnel Management remain core activities.

The portfolio has shifted over time to include various private business and investment activities; including property, IP and financial assets investment portfolio.

Identifying and analysing various target investments and financial management remain important functions of Surgicare's governance, strategic decision making and operations.
